What You’ll Do :

Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems

Perform maintenance, tune-ups, and system start-ups

Communicate clearly with customers and team members

Ensure all work meets Retro HVAC’s high-quality standards

What We’re Looking For :

2+ years HVAC experience (service and / or install)

EPA Certification required

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

Team player with a professional attitude
