Staff AI Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff AI Engineer to develop advanced AI-powered mental health tools.

Key Responsibilities

Design, train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning and large language models to create effective AI systems

Apply context and prompt engineering techniques to optimize model behavior and improve accuracy

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into real-world applications and mentor team members

Required Qualifications

Strong foundations in computer science and mathematics, including data structures and algorithms

Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and experience with large language models

Proficiency in Python and experience in production software development

Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras

Demonstrated experience with production systems and MLOps practices
