Engineering Technician

A client in the defense industry is looking to add an Engineering Technician to their team in Palm Bay, FL. This position does not require a government clearance, and it is a 6–12-month contract with possible extension or conversion depending on the candidate's performance throughout the contract. They will be responsible for operating radio frequency and digital test equipment and technology. They must have very strong computer skills and be able to run automated tests. They will be running qualification tests including vibration, thermal, and thermal vacuum testing.

Must

• High School Diploma / GED and 6 years of experience
• OR Associate's degree and 2 years of experience
• Very strong computer skills
• Experience with qualification testing such as vibration, thermal, and thermal vacuum testing
• Experience operating radio frequency (RF) and digital test equipment
• Technical writing and presentation skills
