Occupational Therapist (OT) Thornton, CO

Were seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Thornton Center in Colorado for a 3-month contract starting ASAP . This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with the aging population and ready to jump in to provide gap and LOA coverage .

📍 Location : Thornton, CO 80241

🕒 Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM4 : 30 PM

📅 Contract Duration : 3 months

💼 Start Date : ASAP

💻 Interview Format : 30-minute Teams video meeting with the hiring manager

🔍 Ideal Candidate Profile :

Epic EMR experience
1+ year working with the elderly or frail population
Licensed and certified Occupational Therapist (OT, MOT, or OTD)
Registered with the state of Colorado
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

🛠 Key Responsibilities :

Provide OT evaluations and treatments for participants

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans

Conduct home visits and educate caregivers

Maintain documentation and participate in quality assurance activities

Support participants in assisted living and nursing home settings
