Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming inquiry calls, ensuring a positive customer experience
Resolve complex claims inquiries and problems, involving others when necessary
Liaise with internal and external clients to resolve queries efficiently
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
6 months or more of customer service experience
Data entry experience
Designated workspace free from noise and distractions
Stable high-speed internet connection of at least 5 Mbps up and 10 Mbps down
