Creative Project Assistant
to help keep our marketing and creative processes running smoothly.
About the Role
The Creative Project Assistant will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to ensure projects move efficiently from concept to completion. You’ll help translate ideas into actionable next steps, keep Asana (our project management system) up to date, and make sure deadlines don’t slip through the cracks. This is a foundational role for someone who loves organization, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow within a creative, high-performing team.
Responsibilities
Manage and update tasks in Asana, ensuring deadlines, owners, and priorities are always clear and current
Capture and scope next steps after meetings—translating discussions into structured project plans
Monitor deadlines and proactively remind team members of upcoming deliverables
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, merchandising, and operations teams to keep projects aligned
Support project kickoffs, creative reviews, and campaign launches by maintaining timelines and deliverable lists
Reprioritize tasks as needed in response to shifting timelines or new opportunities
Help identify process improvements that make the creative workflow more efficient
About You
2–4 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (marketing, creative, or e-commerce preferred)
Familiar with project management tools—ideally
Asana —and comfortable learning new systems
Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Strong communicator who can manage multiple moving parts with calm efficiency
A collaborative team player who takes ownership and loves bringing structure to creativity
Enthusiastic about design, marketing, and the creative process
