Job Description

Local Truck Driver XJ6 - Chattanooga, TN This is a full-time, hourly position. $2,500.00 Sign On Bonus This is an Local position that requires a Class A CDL with tanker endorsement. This position offers a complete benefit package, including 401K / ESOP, pension, health, life, vision, and dental insurance. Employees will be eligible to receive paid vacation after 1 year of service, 4 personal holidays (after 3 months) as well as holiday pay for 6 national holidays. Essential Job Functions - The individual is required to follow all government, company and customer policies and regulations. This includes but it not limited to : FMCSA, OSHA, EPA and DOL. Preferred Candidates : One year of verifiable OTR or local tractor trailer experience required or recent graduate from a credited Class A Truck Driving School

• Commercial License REQUIRED Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement
• Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
• Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
• 24 years of age or older
• No more than one chargeable accident within the last three years
• No more than one moving violation ticket in the last three years

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors. The pay for this position is expected to be :
