Join Toolcraft Machining, Inc. in Germantown, WI and be the go-to partner for our Sales and Engineering teams. If you love turning requests into results and making processes hum, this role is for you.

  • You thrive on accuracy—especially when entering and managing orders in ERP systems like JobBOSS.
  • You enjoy keeping customers informed with real-time updates on quotes, order changes, shipping, and delivery dates.
  • You coordinate effortlessly with production and shipping to align plans with demand.
  • You answer inquiries quickly and professionally to elevate customer satisfaction.
  • You’re disciplined with CRM documentation—tracking activity and follow-ups without fail.
  • You like spotting demand patterns in internal reports to support forecasting.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of admin or sales support experience; CNC machining / manufacturing exposure preferred.
  • ERP familiarity (JobBOSS a plus) and proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong organization, a sharp eye for detail, and solid multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Quick learner with resourcefulness and a self-starter attitude.

  • Full time – 1st Shift
  • Hourly – Non-Exempt
