Job Description :

Join our dedicated healthcare team at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center as a  Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) . In this role, you’ll provide high-quality, compassionate care while supporting patients and families across the continuum of care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver age-appropriate, culturally competent nursing care.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold safety standards.
