To flourish in this role, you will :

  • Provide comprehensive care and supervision to children by fostering a nurturing, emotionally supportive, and secure environment.
  • Serve as a consistent role model, utilizing de-escalation techniques, active listening, and warm, appropriate communication to promote positive behavior and inclusive peer culture.
  • Support teachers in delivering educational content and managing classroom dynamics.
  • Qualifications :

  • 19 years or older
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must pass a Background check prior to start date
