Schedule : Full-Time Preferred | Part-Time Options Available
Practice Setting : 100% Outpatient Neurology | No Inpatient Care or Rounding

Position Overview
A highly regarded, physician-led neurology group in the Phoenix metro area is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurologists to expand its thriving outpatient team. With multiple modern clinics and a steady referral stream, this position offers :

Compensation Models
W-2 Employed Model
Base Salary : $280,000 – $450,000 (based on experience and subspecialty)Incentives : Additional performance-based bonuses1099 Independent Contractor Model

Perform comprehensive outpatient neurological evaluationsDiagnose and treat a wide spectrum of neurological conditionsInterpret EEG, EMG, MRI, CT, and other diagnostic studiesDevelop individualized treatment plansEducate patients and families on disease managementCollaborate with referring physicians and multidisciplinary care teamsOption to participate in mentorship programs and quality initiativesSubspecialty Focus Areas of Interest
The group is seeking both general neurologists and subspecialists in :
Neuromuscular Disorders (EMG proficiency highly preferred)Peripheral NeuropathyNeuroimmunology (MS and autoimmune conditions)Headache and Migraine MedicineCognitive Neurology (Alzheimer’s and dementia care)Vestibular and Balance DisordersNote : The group is not currently recruiting for stroke, epilepsy, or movement disorder subspecialties.
Qualifications
MD or DO from an ACGME-accredited Neurology residencyBoard Certified or Board Eligible in NeurologyArizona medical license (active or eligible prior to start)How to Apply
