Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the referral partnership strategy aligned with revenue goals
Source, engage, and close new referral partners while building long-term relationships
Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure effective partner enablement and communication
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B partnership development or channel sales
Proven success in building and scaling referral or channel partner programs
Deep knowledge of HR tech, insurance, or PEO ecosystems
Experience with complex partnership agreements and negotiations
Proficient in CRM and partner management tools
