Order Center (Customer Service) Supervisor

POSITION DUTIES :

• Answer questions and assist associates in order entry and maintenance systems Verify all on hold orders and print order information for correct and concise content Provide daily supervision and work direction to ensure productive use of all team members in Order Center Work with retail, delivery, production and support departments to resolve external and internal customer issues Work to identify trends in quality and service issues, bringing to Order Center Manager as needed Answer customer calls as needed Perform administrative duties Assist with training needed  QUALIFICATIONS : Strong verbal and written communication Good technical knowledge including POS, Windows and Excel Ability to provide leadership to train delegate and motivate staff Able to work at a fast pace Demonstrates strength in employee relations and customer service Strong attention to detail is required Developed problem solving skills Ability to support and work as a team Able to work in a team environment BENEFITS : Medical Insurance Health Savings account / PPO Dental Insurance Vision Life and AD&D Disability, Accident, Critical Illness 401(K) ID Watchdog Pet Insurance Wellness Employee Assistance program (EAP) PTO Paid Holidays (6 / year) COMPENSATION : $19.00 / hour  Don't settle, come grow with us!
