Physical Therapist Home Care

Job Summary

Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient / caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.

This position will provide homecare coverage in Fennville, Hamilton, and Hopkins.

• Our therapists provide 1 : 1 care with our patients.
