Luxury Home Project Manager
Our client is a General Contractor with a successful track record building and renovating Luxury Single Family Homes in Palm Beach County including Palm Beach Island.
Job Description
- Manage all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, purchasing and quality control to meet project goals and deadlines
- Develop and implement project plans, including scopes of work, schedules, and budgets
- Supervise subcontractors and employees on site, ensuring adherence to project requirements
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues
- Perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Coordinate material and equipment deliveries to the site and manage inventory
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including financials and documentation
- Manage construction-related fees, contracts and permits for the project
- Hire and train subcontractors and employees as needed
