Project Manager
Oversee all phases of steel erection, PEMB, and IMP projects from preconstruction through closeout. Lead and mentor project teams including Project Managers and administrative staff. Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, detailers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and execution. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and manpower planning. Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to identify and mitigate potential risks. Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards. Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports. Conduct site visits to ensure work aligns with company standards and client expectations. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork within the project team.
Minimum 710 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years specific to steel erection / PEMB / IMP. Proven experience working as a subcontractor or managing subcontracted scopes of work. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, crane operations, and site logistics related to steel structures. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience). Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Strumis or Bluebeam). Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
