What You'll be Doing :

  • Accurate and timely processing of complete payroll procedures.
  • Handling bi-weekly payroll for all domestic subsidiaries.
  • Preparing payroll balancing, tax tie outs, journal entries, and reporting.
  • Processing W2 statements and assisting employees with payroll inquiries.
  • Overseeing administration of invoice and expense software.

Who We're Looking For :

  • Experience in processing multi-state payroll.
  • Familiarity with UKG Pro system is preferred.
  • Understanding of accounting principles and payroll-related audits.
  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in Accounting or Finance.
