Job Title : TIG Welder

Job Description

We’re looking for a highly skilled TIG Welder / Fabricator to join our Spray Department. If you take pride in precision work and enjoy working with smaller components in a clean, organized environment, this is a great opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship. Experience with CNC drilling machines is a plus, as you may have the chance to operate advanced equipment and expand your skill set.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate TIG welding equipment, including purging, regulating current and voltage, and selecting appropriate filler rods.
• Operate orbital welding systems with precision and consistency.
• Follow detailed drawings and instructions to ensure high-quality fabrication.
• Safely lift and handle parts of varying sizes and weights (up to 50 lbs).
• Support the team with additional tasks that contribute to overall success.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality and customer satisfaction.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00 / hr.
