Job Title : Marketing Manager Ax (Aesthetic Portfolio)

Job Description

Mission :

Manage the development of the Aesthetic product portfolio by designing and executing operational marketing plans to meet business goals. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with global and local strategies.

Analyze market data and portfolio performance to inform strategy and positioning.

Manage marketing budgets and develop promotional materials for campaigns, collaborating with agencies and internal teams.

Plan and monitor materials and sampling strategies for the sales team.

Collaborate on events, congresses, and training programs with relevant teams.

Coordinate with Sales and Demand teams on forecasts.

Work cross-functionally on integrated dermatology strategies.

Serve as the primary marketing contact for global stakeholders and support sales and medical teams.

Lead, motivate, and develop the Brand Manager.

Skills & Qualifications :

Degree in Marketing or Economics.

Approximately 8 years in marketing, with a strong background in aesthetic medicine.

Experience in marketing roles combining qualitative and analytical tasks.

Knowledge of medical visit strategies and congresses.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in Business English; Italian is preferred.

Proficiency in Office tools and Veeva Vault.

Experience in international, matrix organizations.
