JOB DETAILS : Practice Setting : Free-Standing Cancer Center Reason for Coverage : Loss of provider Dates of Coverage : November 1, 2025 to perm ideally Call Schedule : No call during locum period; call expected if placed perm; call schedule is 1 week out of every 6-8 weeks Call Ratio : No call during locum period; call expected if placed perm; call schedule is 1 week out of every 6-8 weeks Patient Population for Required Coverage : Adult, Geriatric What Percentage of the Practice is Hematology %, Oncology %, Internal Medicine % : 65% benign hematology, 35% malignant oncology, 0% internal medicine Number of Physicians in Practice : 7 How Many APPs Provide Coverage : 6 Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT : 25 Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL (Call / Rounding) : 20 Clinical Area : Oncology - Outpatient Setting, Oncology - Inpatient Setting Trauma Level / Designation (Hospital) : N / A Documentation System / EMR : EPIC Required Duties : Participation on a Tumor Board, Mgmt. of Bone Marrow Transplants, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes Administration of Chemotherapy : Nurse Oncologist Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 60 Days Submission Requirements Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology - REQUIRED Active SC license (will accept providers needing to obtain a state license) - REQUIRED BLS - REQUIRED DEA - REQUIRED
