What's your day like?

As a Caregiver on the 6am to 6pm shift at Valley VNA Senior Care, you will play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include providing essential assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, all while ensuring the comfort and dignity of each individual. You will also be instrumental in meal preparation, promoting proper nutrition, and engaging residents in stimulating activities that foster joy and connection. Effective communication will be crucial, as you will document each resident's needs and progress accurately. Collaborating closely with a team of healthcare professionals, you will actively participate in care planning and attend meetings focused on resident well-being.

Furthermore, maintaining a safe and clean environment will be integral to your routine, helping to build trust and empathy in your interactions, ultimately enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
