Position Purpose

As a Food and Food Service Delivery Driver, you play a crucial role in our nation’s food supply chain. You’re not just delivering products; you’re building lasting relationships with our customers and ensuring their needs are met with excellence!

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will :

  • Conduct safety checks and inspections of your vehicle to meet DOT regulations.
  • Follow all DOT regulations and company driving guidelines.
  • Inspect trailers for properly loaded and secured freight.
  • Perform count checks and verify customer invoices accurately.
  • Deliver customer orders according to a predetermined route.
  • Unload products and transport them to designated storage areas.
  • Ensure the security of your vehicle and freight at all times.
  • Complete daily records of hours of service in compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in your vehicle and loading area.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned to support the team.

    • What We’re Looking For

    To thrive in this role, you should have :

  • A High School Diploma / GED or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of commercial driving experience.
  • A valid CDL-A and be at least 21 years old.
  • A clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for the past 3 years.
  • The ability to pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
  • A valid DOT Health Card or the ability to secure one.
  • The physical capability to lift and move products weighing between 10-90 pounds.
