Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Management : Oversee daily restaurant operations, lead and mentor a diverse team, and cultivate a positive work environment.
  • Customer Experience : Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards and addressing customer feedback promptly.
  • Operational Excellence : Manage scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships, ensuring efficiency and cost control while maintaining quality.
  • Strategic Planning : Develop and implement innovative service initiatives and menus in collaboration with the culinary team, aligned with the brand vision.
  • Compliance : Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards, along with all regulatory requirements.
  • Wine & Beverage Management : Order wines, maintain wine stock, and oversee beverage program development and supplier relationships.
  • Internal & External Service : Preserve excellent levels of customer service and proactively respond to guest needs and concerns.

Qualifications

  • A strong background in wine and expertise in wine menu development
  • Proficiency in cocktail development and bar management
  • Experience sourcing high-quality beverages, managing supplier relationships, and negotiating prices
  • Ability to train and mentor staff in beverage knowledge, service techniques, and compliance
  • Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and enhancing personal beverage knowledge
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently and delegate multiple tasks
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Up-to-date with food & beverage trends and best practices
  • Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
