Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS), Strategic Deterrent Systems division has an opening for a Principal Proposal Analyst / Sr Principal Proposal Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in the Division Capture Excellence team in our Roy, Utah. Huntsville, Alabama may also be considered. Secret clearance level required to start. The selected candidate must be able to work on site and be willing and able to travel if needed (up to 10%). Flexible / hybrid work arrangements may be possible at times and will vary based on proposal. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

What You'll Get To Do :

• Support the Capture and Proposal Manager in development of efficient and effective proposal execution plans in response to solicitations from U.S. Government and other customers.
• Understanding of proposal operation's role and responsibility within the Government Acquisition process.
• Provide support to the proposal team by developing, reviewing, and submitting proposals that effectively represent the proposal strategy and baseline.
• Highly organized, detail oriented and self-motivated with demonstrated abilities to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently with minimal or no day-to-day supervision.
• Work with the Capture and Proposal Manager and core team to develop the compliant proposal deliverables.
• Support Digital Transformation Office (DTO) projects that support capture and proposal management.
• Support Division proposal process, template, training, and tool development.

This position's standard work schedule is a 9 / 80. The 9 / 80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Primary Level Salary Range : $78,700.00 - $162,600.00. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
