Client Support : Provide exemplary service to our policyholders, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Policy Management : Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies and making necessary updates or changes.

Claims Assistance : Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.

Problem Solving : Use your expertise to troubleshoot client concerns and suggest appropriate solutions.

Continuous Learning : Stay informed about new policies, servicess, and tools to maintain a high standard of service.

Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and trust in the company.

Requirements

Licensing : A current resident or non-resident Minnesota insurance license is required.

Experience : Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the insurance sector, is advantageous.

Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are crucial for delivering excellent customer service.

Technical Skills : Proficiency with CRM software and other digital communication tools is required.

Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assist clients effectively.
