Your Role

As the LPHA under the supervision of the Manager of Outpatient Community Services, you will play a crucial role in authorizing Integrated Assessments and Treatment Plans (IATP). Your expertise will guide our team in providing top-notch care, ensuring compliance with IATP standards, and delivering behavioral health assessments and interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the LPHA for IATP, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Provide clinical feedback and guidance to clinicians, supporting medical necessity and diagnosis.
• Complete risk assessments and safety planning steps.
• Document all activities related to the review and authorization of the IATP.
• Perform diagnostic assessments and determine immediate treatment needs.
• Coordinate with crisis service teams for clients in danger.
• Maintain accurate records in line with TrilliumPlace policies and regulatory standards.
• Act as a liaison between the community and patient needs, coordinating treatment goals.
• Supervise clinicians and students as needed, participating in training and competency development.
• Meet clinical productivity and compliance standards for documentation.

You should possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of ethical standards in behavioral healthcare.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $26.34 - $43.99 per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, and other factors. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our team members.
