RN Position Job Notes :

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details :

Work 12-hour day shifts from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM

2 openings available with immediate start date

Use EPIC electronic medical record system

Required certifications : TNCC, BLS, and ACLS (AHA certified)

New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license required

Coordinate and implement patient care specific to age of patient population served

Ensure quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner

Demonstrate performance consistent with unit standards of care

Must possess current knowledge and skills appropriate to patient population

Communicate clearly and concisely appropriate to developmental age of patient

Handle emergency / crisis situations effectively

Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, heavy lifting for patient positioning and transfers

Position requires considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling and crouching

Manual dexterity and fine motor coordination required

Exposure to bloodborne pathogens, infectious diseases, and x-rays

Flexible schedule required due to unexpected changes and emergencies
