POSITION SUMMARY

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for executing payroll for their assigned resort(s) / corporate employees. The position will work closely with the Human Resources, HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), and Benefits teams, as well as with our 3rd party partners to deliver an exceptional payroll process that is completed accurately and timely. The Payroll Specialist is responsible for meeting all deadlines, preparing time and attendance for processing, performing payroll calculations, manual entry and adjustments, auditing results, and reconciling the payroll back to all inputs. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and understands the importance of providing exceptional customer service, providing timely and accurate responses to all employees, HR and resort leaders.

The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Alterra Mtn Co Shared Services Inc. hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and / or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Alterra Mtn Co Shared Services Inc.'s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific benefits.

Denver area base hourly pay range : ($29.00 - $32.23) per hour
