Join Our Team as a CNC Operations Specialist!

Are you a skilled CNC machinist with a passion for  machine optimization, process improvement, and technical leadership ? We’re looking for a  CNC Operations Specialist  to support  daily production, machine setup, programming, and troubleshooting  while working closely with  engineering and production teams  to drive efficiency on the shop floor.

What You’ll Do :

• Set up, program, and operate  multiple CNC machines  to optimize production
• Troubleshoot  machine malfunctions, tooling wear, and quality deviations
• Identify and implement  process improvements  to reduce cycle times and increase efficiency
• Work with  engineering teams  to introduce new tooling, fixtures, and automation
• Train and mentor machinists, supporting their skill development
• Maintain  detailed records of setups, tooling adjustments, and optimizations

What We’re Looking For :

Journeyman-level CNC machining experience  or equivalent technical expertise

Strong knowledge of  machine setup, programming, and troubleshooting across multiple machine types

Experience with  Haas machines  and ability to  read / edit G-code  required

Expertise in  blueprint reading, GD&T, and precision measurement tools

Ability to  optimize feeds, speeds, and tool paths for efficiency

Demonstrated ability to  improve tooling efficiency, reduce downtime , and drive process improvements

Strong problem-solving and leadership skills in a fast-paced production environment

Experience using  ERP systems (Epicor experience preferred)

Work Environment :

This role is  hands-on  and based on the  production floor . Candidates must be comfortable working around  noise, coolant, and fast-paced machine operations .
