Job Description : Worksite Trainer
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Corporate Trainer in our Worksite Division to help train and implement company systems to all our field agencies to cultivate their skills and knowledge of our systems and increase our company's bottom line.
Job Summary
The Corporate Worksite Trainer is an experienced field representative with abilities to convey messages and transfer company systems from the Agency Owner through the field force. Organizational skills, communication skills and a positive attitude are important qualities that you must possess.
Key Responsibilities :
- Communicate with Home Office Directors along with Field Personnel to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Implementing effective training systems
- Book all travel associated with your position
- Travel schedule : Sunday through Thursday each week
- Responsible for a company card along with Expenses
- Conduct meetings, webinars, and individual training sessions etc.
- Prepare educational material such as power points, videos etc.
- Support and mentor field Supervisors and Field Directors
- Oversee growth and training for an entire region assigned to you
- Manage training at the field level and inspect that the company's initiative is being implemented
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement and have open communication with Field Force and Office Management to assist
- Monitor field force performance and response to training
- Effectively be able to show proven use of all systems associated with Liberty National
- Fill out and complete on time all weekly field reports assigned

Proven experience within Liberty National using the Worksite SystemsUnderstanding of effective teaching methodologies and toolsWillingness to embrace new training in corporate teachingProficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook); Salesforce (EPIC) software familiarity is an assetExecutive level communication, presentation and public speaking skillsOrganizational and time management abilitiesCritical thinking and decision makingAbility to be able to implement all Liberty National systems effectively and efficiently while helping the company increase bottom lineAbility to make adjustments and think independentlyRequired Knowledge & Experience
