Opportunity : RN - Cardiac Tele Job Details : - Work 12-hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM - 36 or 48 guaranteed hours per week (must be specified on submission) - 13-week assignment length - Weekend hours as required by facility - No call requirements - Will float on a rotational basis - 1 year cardiac telemetry experience required (inpatient only) - Experience and competence in drug titration required - Current RN license (eligible for Missouri licensure or currently licensed in Missouri) - Required certifications : BLS from AHA, 4 trauma credits (must complete within first two weeks if not obtained), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start) - Preferred certification : ACLS from AHA - Patient ratios vary : nights 1 : 6 to 1 : 8 (estimates, not guarantees) - Work with cardiac / medical surgical patients on 32-bed unit - Use equipment including Alaris pumps, telemetry, and lift equipment - EMR system : EPIC - Dress code requires black scrubs - Night shift orients on day shift and must be available the entire week - Flu vaccination or approved exemption required November 1 through April 1 - Provide direct patient care for all age groups including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation - Care for patients post-trauma, surgical interventions, and medical comorbidities - Coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments Facility : This healthcare facility earned an A grade in The Leapfrog Group's Spring 2025 Hospital Safety Grade and is recognized for its leading-edge healthcare and compassionate team of caregivers.
