Job : Supervise daily operations of the Assessment and Referral Services (ARC) department, focusing on hiring, training, and professional development of team members. Ensure departmental effectiveness through adequate staffing, smooth admissions processes, and strong internal and external relationships. Act as substitute for the Assessment and Referral Services Director as needed. Identify and implement strategies to enhance the performance of the ARC department and improve patient experience. Manage intake calls and conduct clinical assessments, documenting essential information and maintaining accurate records in electronic systems.

Qualifications

Masters in Social Worker or related field or Nursing Degree from an Accredited Nursing Program

Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LSCW, etc.) preferred

Minimum of 3 years working in a hospital setting, including assessing and processing patient admissions

Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in a clinical setting
