Let's imagine what's possible—and design a better future, together.The OpportunityWe are seeking a full-time Senior Project Designer with a minimum of 10 years' related experience for our Kansas City studio location. In this role you’ll be responsible for ensuring the excellence of a project’s design. You’ll have in-depth involvement coordinating the client’s vision with the Studio team to help ensure a successfully executed design. You’ll participate in providing design concepts and technical documents for projects. You can expect to work with a project team that ensures the projects meet metrics for energy performance, financial performance and design excellence.What You'll Do

• Responsible for leading design and execution of architectural projects, guiding the process from concept to completion.
• Develop creative design concepts and detailed technical drawings and ensure the final product meets both aesthetic and functional goals of the client.
• Provides oversight during construction phase to ensure design alignment.
• Work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and adheres to regulatory standards.
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff .
