A company is looking for an Outreach & Engagement Manager to drive enrollment and activation KPIs through effective team management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of outreach specialists, providing training and coaching to achieve enrollment KPIs
Analyze outreach performance metrics to identify trends and improve key KPIs
Ensure compliance with government regulations and maintain accurate documentation of specialist interactions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, public health, or a related field
Proven experience in healthcare management, particularly in outbound calling and proactive outreach
Strong knowledge of Medicaid policies and value-based care
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing teams
Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive performance improvements
