Division Sales Manager
The Division Sales Manager is responsible for delivering volume sales growth for a geographically focused territory. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this leadership position is responsible for driving the development, deployment, and successful execution of a Territory Sales Strategy aligned with the vision for the North America Sales organization, delivering sales revenues within a specified region.
The Division Sales Manager at Hach ensures the development of a high performing sales organization that achieves profitable volume growth and captures market share while ensuring the execution of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). In this role, you will drive both in-person and virtual customer interactions to build funnel, promote new logo prospecting, existing customer account management, and new project pursuit.
The specific region this role will cover includes : Washington, Alaska, Oregon, Montana, North Dakota, Minnesota & Northern Idaho.
DSMs are usually on the road visiting customers at a minimum Tue-Thur. The division sales manager will be traveling as they can with scheduling on those regional sales managers. The expectation is 75% of the time in territory traveling with their sellers.

US ONLY : The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $105,000 - $125,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
