Job Description

As the Communications Adobe Campaign Senior Product Manager for OneMain Financial, you will contribute to a product team driving the vision, roadmap, services and infrastructure that powers OMF's communications platform for external messaging to Prospects and Customers. Partnering closely with Marketing and Business Operations teams, you will manage a portfolio of product enhancements, focused on Adobe Campaign V8 and AJO technologies and enhancements. Management of this portfolio include the documentation of campaign backlogs, technical requirement submissions, and routines which drive a quarterly planning effort for all SMS and Chat change initiatives. Leveraging Adobe Campaign, other channel technologies, you will work with OneMain stakeholders to prioritize the configuration and capability enhancement backlogs. Key channels the Lead Product Manager will focus include email, text and push notifications

You Will :

  • Work with development teams, business teams, and external partners as you develop and communicate shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
  • Intimately learn and understand the technical details of our Prospect and Customer communications capabilities and systems to become not only an expert in them, but also understand the underlying data sources and how product and data science teams use them to build on our growth and risk goals.
  • Lead all ongoing and quarterly roadmap planning based on the annual plan. Manage the prioritization process to ensure we are supporting our customer, product and data science teams' need to build and iterate quickly.
  • Establish and document clear requirements, most of which will be influenced by the needs of the product teams, for the underwriting team's prioritized plans.
  • Oversee the success of the team's projects - manage project timelines, achieve outcomes with your engineering and data science partners. You will also work with vendors for data integrations and ongoing maintenance of data sources.
  • Provide and consume detailed, data-driven analysis to support effective decisions that impact our use of marketing technology and customer communications
  • Owner of several significant portions of our marketing technology backlog, enabling effective, timely, personalized communications with customers and prospects.
  • Communicate with external stakeholders regularly to unblock, communicate, and translate feedback bidirectionally about the progress
  • Understand OneMain's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that drive the business forward, balancing both short- and long-term goals

Qualifications :

  • 5+ year(s) of experience as a product manager with prior leadership experience, within a face paged, rapidly changing environment.
  • Preference for candidates with past communications experience, within email, Text and Push channels, with experience with Adobe, Salesforce, or other Communications platforms.
  • Collaboration - this is a cross-functional role and you need to be aligned with your marketing and communication partners as architectural and prioritization decisions are made. You understand the needs of different teams, drive clarity in decision making, and can tailor your communications
  • Strong interest in technical challenges, including a desire to poke around in the code for your learning, and working on a broader platform team that is building tools and services for our customers
  • Experience in lending or financial services / technology
