🔧 Production Assembler – Start Immediately!

💵 Pay : $18.00 / hr – $22.00 / hr (Based on Experience)

📅 Weekly Pay | 🕒 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts Available!

Responsibilities :

• 📄 Read and follow route sheets and blueprints
• 🧴 Apply adhesives and sealants using proper tools
• ⚙️ Operate conveyor machines to load panels
• 🔍 Inspect work to meet IPC standards
• 💻 Use Paradigm system to manage work orders
• 🔄 Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• 🔧 Cross-train in other production areas
• 🧼 Keep work area clean and organized
• ✅ Work toward becoming a certified operator
