The Cheesecake Factory is hiring : Gift Cards, Licensing & Public Relations Coord

Position Overview

This role provides support across three areas of our Marketing Department, with a primary focus on Gift Cards, and additional responsibilities in Public Relations and Licensed Products. The position will work closely with the Senior Director, Public Relations & Global Branding and the Senior Gift Card Program Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

Gift Cards (primary focus) :

• Support invoice processing, tracking, approval, and reconciliation.
• Manage the gift card email inbox, responding to internal (restaurants and corporate) and external inquiries.
• Process internal orders to support the Corporate Support Center.
• Assist with managing physical and virtual gift card inventory across programs and campaigns.
• Review and update terms & conditions and FAQs for gift card campaigns.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.
