Project Manager

Location : Tampa & St. Petersburg, FL

We are seeking a licensed General Contractor (GC) to join our team as a Construction Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-quality residential and commercial construction projects while shaping the future of a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and clients.
  • Ensure all projects meet budget, quality, and timeline standards.
  • Manage permitting processes and ensure compliance with Florida building codes and regulations.
  • Utilize company platforms (HouzzPro, DripJobs, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Handoff AI) for project tracking and reporting.
  • Submit daily end-of-day project status reports detailing progress, issues, and next steps.
  • Attend up to one scheduled daily meeting (virtual or in-person).
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including uploading site photos and notes daily.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will bring :

  • Active Florida General Contractor license (required).
  • Proven experience managing residential and / or commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of permitting, inspections, and local construction regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly valued.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with entrepreneurial drive.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as HouzzPro, DripJobs, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace.
