Position Details :

  • Flexible Work Hours : Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities available until 6 PM!
  • Competitive Compensation : Earn between $90,000-$100,000 / year, including base salary and monthly bonuses!

Your Responsibilities :

  • Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise behavioral assessment measures (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland).
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based, culturally sensitive goals for home, community, and center-based programs.
  • Design behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.
  • Implement behavior data collection systems to ensure regular evaluation of behavior plans.
  • Train and support behavior therapists in implementing educational and clinical behavior programs.
  • Conduct regular parent training and consultation as per prescribed plans.
  • Complete re-assessments and write reports in accordance with insurance guidelines.
  • Participate in regular clinical meetings and maintain timely documentation of services.
  • Supervise RBTs and ensure compliance with competency assessments.
  • Deliver services via telehealth when necessary and maintain accurate billing practices.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines, medical providers, and educators to coordinate care.
  • Adhere to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's ethical compliance code.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

    • Qualifications :

  • Must be licensed as a BCBA.
  • Hold at least a Master's degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution, along with one year of experience working with children on the spectrum.
