Position Details :
- Flexible Work Hours : Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities available until 6 PM!
- Competitive Compensation : Earn between $90,000-$100,000 / year, including base salary and monthly bonuses!

Your Responsibilities :
Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise behavioral assessment measures (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland).Develop individualized, evidence-based, culturally sensitive goals for home, community, and center-based programs.Design behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.Implement behavior data collection systems to ensure regular evaluation of behavior plans.Train and support behavior therapists in implementing educational and clinical behavior programs.Conduct regular parent training and consultation as per prescribed plans.Complete re-assessments and write reports in accordance with insurance guidelines.Participate in regular clinical meetings and maintain timely documentation of services.Supervise RBTs and ensure compliance with competency assessments.Deliver services via telehealth when necessary and maintain accurate billing practices.Collaborate with other disciplines, medical providers, and educators to coordinate care.Adhere to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's ethical compliance code.Complete additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.Qualifications :
Must be licensed as a BCBA.Hold at least a Master's degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution, along with one year of experience working with children on the spectrum.Why Join Us?
