Position Summary
As a B2B and Channel Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in our team, focusing on enhancing our value proposition for the B2B audience. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, you will collaborate closely with membership and progression marketing teams to drive engagement and facilitate development for candidates and members at the B2B level. Work hand-in-hand with our sales team to implement effective omnichannel marketing campaigns and create impactful marketing materials.
Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and execution of integrated strategic marketing campaigns to promote certification training.
Track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, recommend data-driven improvements, and utilize A / B testing to enhance results.
Serve as a subject matter expert for B2B segments and contribute to creative and analytical brainstorming sessions.
Manage multiple projects from inception through completion while adhering to deadlines.
Develop content through copywriting, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adopt best practices, share insights, and deliver an exceptional experience for our audience.
Stay updated on marketing trends and innovative strategies to enhance outreach and engagement.
Translate ISC2's offerings into compelling value propositions for our B2B audience.
Participate in the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies for various offerings.
Measure marketing program effectiveness and derive actionable insights to improve strategies.
Conduct thorough market, audience, and competitor research to uncover new opportunities.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals.

Qualifications
Expertise in social media management, including audience engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
Demonstrated experience in marketing writing; samples required.
Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and InDesign is preferred.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud is a plus.
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
3+ years of experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, with a focus on professional development products.
Experience in marketing within information security, information technology, or related fields is preferred.
Physical and Mental Demands
Up to 10% travel may be required.
Standard business hours, with occasional extended hours as necessary.
Ability to remain stationary, sitting or standing, for prolonged periods.
Regular use of office equipment, including computers and monitors.
Occasionally required to lift up to 30 lbs. of equipment or packages.
