Patient Volume : Manage an average of 20-25 patients per shift, delivering high-quality care while maintaining efficiency. Work Schedule : Enjoy flexible scheduling options, with the choice of four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts per week. On-Call Duties : Participate in very light phone call rotation, ensuring continuity of care for patients outside of regular office hours. Requirements : Board Certification / Eligibility : Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Licensure : Possess or be eligible for licensure in the state of Washington. Procedural Skills : Proficiency in general procedures required, with a willingness to perform a range of services typical in a rural practice setting.
