Title : Project Manager - Pharmaceutical

Location : Bellevue, Washington

Long Term Project

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage decommissioning project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop project documentation including schedules, risk assessments, and status reports.
  • Ensure all activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Manage site closure activities such as equipment removal, documentation, and verification.
  • Report progress to stakeholders and provide project updates and closure reports.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably involving decommissioning, facility shutdown, or relocation projects.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) and compliance protocols a plus.
