Position : Laborer

Location : Harmony, MN (projects are within 1.5 hours from the shop in Harmony)

Salary : $16-$20 per hour based on experience

Typical Schedule : Monday-Friday 6 : 30am-5 : 30pm

All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test as part of the hiring process. Ongoing drug testing may be required per company policy.

Summary : Labor and assist operators and foreman with completion of objectives and tasks.

Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Chain equipment

Load / unload equipment

Dig holes with shovel

Restore jobsite

Rake dirt

Seed disturbed areas

Be gopher for tools and material

Spot for Operators

Grease Equipment

Setup safety devices (ie. cones, signs, barricades, etc.)

Skilled Laborer vs. Laborer Skilled can operate mini excavator when needed, can operate small yard plow when asked, can locate lines with line locator proficiently, and knows and adheres to safety protocol and standards.

You become promotable when you attain your CDL. You cannot become a skilled operator without CDL.
