A company is looking for an HR Compliance Associate II or III.
Key Responsibilities :
Partner with stakeholders to analyze the impact of changes to laws and regulations
Collaborate with the legal department to communicate legislative changes to HR stakeholders
Conduct HR audits and ensure timely responses from relevant stakeholders
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
Ability to manage and coordinate complex processes
Experience working with third-party administrators
Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and applicable software applications
