Lockbox Associate - OPEX Falcon Experience Required

What You'll Do :

• Operate the OPEX Falcon machine throughout the day to open and sort mail—this is a hands-on, seated role ideal for someone who enjoys focused, task-driven work.
• Process lockbox deposits for a variety of commercial clients with speed and precision.
• Sort, open, and batch incoming mail, ensuring all corrections and exceptions are handled accurately.
• Respond to customer inquiries and research any issues related to lockbox transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all internal policies and external regulations.
• Accurately bill customers monthly based on services rendered.
• Support additional commercial operations as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50 / hr.
