Office Administrator – Black Butte Ranch (Sisters, OR)

Black Butte Ranch is seeking a full-time Office Administrator to support our administrative operations and ensure a welcoming, well-organized office environment. This position plays a key role in managing day-to-day office functions and serving as the first point of contact for homeowners, guests, and vendors.

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m. (onsite required)

Pay & Perks : $21.25- 25 / hr.

What You’ll Do :

Oversee general office management and organization

Maintain and care for common spaces, ensuring cleanliness and readiness

Open and close the administrative building and conference rooms daily

Manage purchasing and ordering for office supplies and admin needs

Greet and assist homeowners, guests, and visitors in a professional manner

Provide support for other administrative tasks and special projects as needed

What We’re Looking For :

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Prior office administration or hospitality experience preferred
