The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

The Engineer will take part in evaluating, planning, migrating, deploying, and managing Microsoft 365 services. The incumbent will perform Microsoft 365 tenant management tasks, including identities, security, compliance, and supporting technologies. They will also serve as a subject matter expert over the entire Microsoft 365 environment. They will provide effective and efficient Tier 2-level service desk support of all user issues for both cloud-based and client application-based.

Qualifications : Required :

• Minimum of 5 years work experience designing, deploying, and migrating Microsoft 365 services
• Minimum of 10 years experience in Information Technology and Services
• Proficient knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Experience with Azure Entra ID AD and Exchange Online
• Progressive experience in a technical help desk or a customer service environment
• Microsoft 365 Exchange Online Teams administration experience
