A company is looking for a Bookkeeping Specialist (Part-time).
Key Responsibilities
Manage bookkeeping tasks for 20+ small business clients monthly and resolve related issues
Effectively manage time and schedule while meeting client service expectations and attending required meetings
Proactively communicate with the team and update project management tools to ensure transparency in work progress
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bookkeeping experience, preferably with multiple clients
Proficiency with Quickbooks Online is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant field (preferably accounting or finance)
Authorized to live and work in the United States
Experience in public accounting or the financial services industry is a plus
