Customer Service Representative
Enterprise Truck Rental Department is excited to announce an opening for a Customer Service Representative at their Medford location! The Truck Rental Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, through face-to-face interaction. The CSR will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide rental back-up, service customers and deliver administrative support in our Medford branch.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and / or at-fault accidents on driving record in the last 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related event on driving record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI, failed breath test, diversion agreement, or similar).
All applicants must be at least 21 years of age and be qualified to drive under D.O.T. regulations. Applicants will be required to submit an appropriate medical examiner's certificate, or submit to and successfully complete a D.O.T. medical examination. (certification for at least 6 months)
This job allows for no moonlighting, meaning that if hired, employee cannot work another job or position.
